Crozier Welding (“Crozier” or “the Company”) is a leading designer and manufacturer of highly engineered separation and filtration systems and equipment used in oil and gas production and processing, including gas production units, production separators, line heaters, skids, slug catchers, vapor recovery towers, and process piping. Crozier’s comprehensive product offering and equipment is utilized for regulating flow, pressure, and temperature by filtering or separating liquids from gas prior to pipeline delivery or on-site storage.
Crozier utilizes an experienced team, proven design, advanced engineering, quality fabrication, and leading technology to complete the most complex natural gas production equipment in the market.

In an effort to provide the shareholders with liquidity, and to continue to support the Company’s strategic growth plans, MelCap Partners was able to successfully identify the ideal buyer for the business. As a result, Crozier was sold to Fidelis, LLC headquartered in Bingham Farms, MI. Fidelis is a holding company that owns and acquires manufacturing companies in the highly engineered product space.
