MelCap Partners, LLC served as Homer’s exclusive investment banker and financial advisor in the sale of the Company’s foodservice division.
Result
In order to focus on the continued growth and expansion of its retail division, including its Fiesta product line, Homer made a strategic decision to divest its foodservice division.
