In 2011, the Association for Corporate Growth® (ACG Global) awarded MelCap Partners President Al Melchiorre with its annual Meritorious Service Award. Nominated by peers, recipients of this award are recognized for their contributions to ACG through volunteerism and achievement. Al has been active in ACG Cleveland for nearly 30 years, which he joined in 1992. He served on its board for over 10 years, was president 1997–1999, and served as chair of the second Great Lakes ACG Capital Connection.
