MelCap Partners served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Sioux Chief through an extensive acquisition search. The acquisition search was focused on adding to the Company’s current injection molding capabilities, as well as expanding its geographic reach. MelCap Partners identified the target, negotiated the terms of the transaction, and managed the Company’s due diligence efforts, from initial outreach through consummation of the transaction. We’d like to thank Sioux Chief for hiring MelCap Partners to assist them throughout the acquisition process.

The Result

Sioux Chief’s acquisition of RPI represents meaningful injection molding capacity expansion that will be utilized throughout Sioux Chief’s entire organization.
