Through the Company’s extensive and diverse primary machining, secondary machining, special process outsourcing, complete assembly, and full functional testing capabilities, Hy-Pro provides its customers with a “one-stop-shop” product realization solution with plug-and-play products, with an emphasis on valves, pumps, and mobile-hydraulic components, ready for end line production use.

MelCap served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Hy-Pro through the sale of the business. The Result
In an effort to achieve Bill’s goals and objectives and support the Company’s strategic growth plans, MelCap was able to successfully identify the most logical buyer for the business. As a result, Hy-Pro was sold to KKSP Precision Machining (“KKSP”), headquartered in Glendale Heights, IL. Founded in 1968, KKSP is a leading producer of screw machine parts with four locations in the U.S. and Mexico. KKSP is a portfolio company of Pine Grove Holdings, which is a boutique investment firm focused on long-term investments.
