MelCap Partners served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Home Instead Cleveland in the sale of the Company. The Result

As a result, Home Instead Cleveland was sold to Rockmont Capital Partners, Ltd., headquartered in Denver, CO. Rockmont Capital Partners is a private investment company that invests in and acquires companies to work with their management to build successful businesses and continue their success.
