In an effort to provide Mr & Mrs. Turoczy with liquidity, and to continue to support Steffen’s strategic growth plans, MelCap was able to successfully identify the most logical buyer for the business. As a result, Steffen was sold to Bindtech Holdings, Inc. headquartered in Nashville, TN. BindTech is one of the largest privately-owned trade binderies/ book manufacturers that services many major printers and publishers located throughout the United States. The Company has operations nationwide in Nashville, TN, Cleveland, OH, Kingsport, TN, Phoenix, AZ, Ypsilanti, MI, and Fitchburg, MA.
