MelCap Partners, LLC (“MelCap”) successfully represented Falcon in the sale of the business in order to provide the Shareholders with an exit strategy, while ensuring that the Company would continue to operate, grow, and provide reliable trucking and transportation services to its customer base.

This process provided the Shareholders with the desired exit strategy, as well as continued support for the Company’s strategic growth plans. Falcon was ultimately sold to CounterPoint Capital Partners, a successful private equity firm located in Los Angeles, CA.
