Deal Team
We would also like to thank the deal teams for both sides that worked on this transaction. We could not have completed this transaction without your tireless efforts. More specifically, we’d like to thank Ballard Spahr LLP, Hunrath, Napolitano, Quigley and Taylor, LLC, Foley & Lardner LLP, and Plante Moran.
“Corus was my family business that my father purchased in 1969. After speaking with six different investment banking firms, my wife and I chose MelCap to represent us for the sale of our company. We knew that this had to be done right and that selling our business is something that we would only be doing once in our lifetime. MelCap’s attention to detail and professionalism was absolutely first class. We were especially impressed with their persistence, hard work, and integrity. As the deal was coming to a conclusion, they handled a number of difficult issues with great aplomb and skill that showed that they had navigated these waters many times before. Thank you, MelCap, for guiding us through a demanding and emotional process to a successful outcome.”
