The Company leverages three community-based offices and a dedicated team of home care professionals to provide personalized care plans that offer support to clients and family members alike, with core capabilities focused on addressing the unique health and lifestyle needs of an aging population.

MelCap Partners served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Home Instead Cleveland in the sale of the Company. As a result, Home Instead Cleveland was sold to Rockmont Capital Partners, Ltd., headquartered in Denver, CO. Rockmont Capital Partners is a private investment company that invests in and acquires companies to work with their management to build successful businesses and continue their success.
