(“Cowen” or the “Company”), headquartered in Perrysville, Ohio, and founded in 1972, is a leading family-owned and operated asset-based trucking company, providing a comprehensive service offering ranging from local and regional to long-haul dry van transportation services. Along with the Company’s core dry van transportation solution, Cowen also operates a third-party logistics business, as well as a trailer rental business.

As a result, Cowen was sold to Hornish Bros. Inc. (“HBI”), headquartered in Defiance, OH. HBI was founded in 1946 and provides asset-based, dry van trucking and logistical services.
