MNM INC is the holding company for Kent Automation and Kent Pultrusion (“Kent” or the “Company”), a leading designer, manufacturer, and supplier of turn-key pultrusion systems, vinyl and fiberglass machinery, window and door secondary operation equipment, integration solutions, and custom machine solutions. The Company serves a variety of end markets, including building products, power & utilities, fluid systems, transportation, and consumer products.
Services Provided
MelCap served as the exclusive investment banker and financial advisor to Kent through the sale of the business. We would like to thank Michael Pollard, President & CEO of MNM IND, for hiring MelCap to represent him in the sale of the business. The Result
In an effort to achieve ownership’s goals and objectives and to support the Company’s strategic growth plans, MelCap was able to successfully complete a sale of the business to a private investor group supporting the existing management team and outside executive Sean Robbins. A newly formed entity, Kent Automation Systems, LLC, will own the operating businesses.
