RCI Systems, Inc. is a leading contractor of fire-sprinkler systems, including design, build, installation, inspection, repair, and service. RCI is also one of the largest fire sprinkler contractors in Arizona.

MelCap Partners, LLC served as RCI’s exclusive investment banker and financial advisor in the sale of the business. MelCap developed and executed on a thorough sell-side process to find the most logical buyer for RCI.

The Result

Through this process, MelCap was able to successfully identify the ideal buyer for the business. As a result, RCI was sold to National Fire & Safety headquartered in Denver, CO. NFS is a portfolio company at Highview Capital, a leading private equity group that is supporting NFS on executing and building a premier fire sprinkler company.
